I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Berlin, Ocean City, Salisbury, Ocean Pines, Severna Park, Glen Burnie, Annapolis, and Crofton. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I'm a Maryland native having been born and raised in the Towson area, and spending many, many vacations in Ocean City. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. My real estate career started in Haddonfield, New Jersey in 1976. Since then I have been licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and our office is currently seeking a Virginia license. I am a resident of Ocean Pines, which is outside of Ocean City, Maryland and love living on the Easatern Shore. I am the representative for the HUD listings in eight counties of Maryland's Eastern Shore and have a first hand knowledge of the entire Shore area. I have the pleasure of working with my two son's in the real estate / mortgage business, with our offices in Severna Park and Berlin. Favorite hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, participating in golf leagues and volunteering with various programs and organizations. Real estate is a life style that affords me the pleasure of meeting and working with so many nice people and assisting them with the knowledge so they may make the right choice for themselves. | |
